The Role
As an Early Career Teacher, you will:
* Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, with KS5 teaching available depending on subject and experience.
* Deliver engaging lessons that inspire confidence, curiosity, and academic excellence.
* Plan, assess, and monitor student progress in line with departmental and school expectations.
* Participate in the school’s structured ECT induction programme, including mentoring, coaching, and professional development sessions.
