Unique Opportunity To Stamp Your Footprint Into A New Role & Grow With The BusinessDuties of the Business Development Manager include:

Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships within the fleet management, logistics, and mobile mechanic sectors.
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting, cold outreach, to onboarding and account nurturing.
Conducting regular client visits across south of the U.K
Developing tailored maintenance and repair solutions that address client needs
Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as fleet and operations managers
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and fleet regulation changes to inform strategic planning.
Acting as the face of the company in the field to promote mobile mechanic services as a superior alternative to traditional garage solutions.Requirements for the Business Development Manager role:

Proven experience in B2B sales within the automotive, fleet management or logistics sectors.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts with large fleet clients
Results-driven attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
Full UK driving licence is essential for client visits
Experience working with fleet solutions, vehicle maintenance, or related mobile services is highly desirable. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a forward-thinking company revolutionising vehicle repair and maintenance.
