We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Sales to lead a high performing team of a leading provider of publishing services. This is a hybrid role, based 4 days a week in the London office with the remaining day working from home. This is a strategic leadership role, focused on driving sales performance across UK and European markets - with a primary focus on online accounts, including Amazon. You'll manage three direct reports, with a strong emphasis on team development, commercial strategy, and data-led decision making.
Key responsibilities:
·Leading and mentoring the sales team to deliver on revenue targets and strategic objectives.
·Developing and executing sales strategies across trade and academic markets.
·Owning the reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
·Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support growth and ensure strong market representation.
·Acting as the key liaison between sales, marketing, and client management teams.
·Presenting regular updates and insights to senior leadership, contributing to business planning and forecasting.
