Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Assistant to support our growth initiatives, assist our dynamic team, and contribute to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, highly organised, and passionate about the luxury hospitality industry.
The ideal applicant will be someone who can keep pace and offer fresh ideas in an evolving and fast-growing business, and who thrives in an “all hands-on deck” environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an energetic and dynamic team within a growing and celebrated chauffeur business.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Support
* Qualify, allocate, and monitor new enquiries using Zoho CRM, and maintain effective client communications.
* Input and manage leads from trade shows, support pre-event planning, and handle follow-up activities post-events.
* Identify new business leads, assist in creating marketing materials, and support the preparation of presentations and proposals.
* Contribute to product development by researching and identifying new experiences, services, or day tours for clients.
* Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and contribute to newsletters.
* Provide general administrative support to directors, in office management and handling ad-hoc tasks.
* Assist with scheduling and logistics for chauffeur services.
* Maintain internal records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Support the coordination of vehicle maintenance schedules and driver communications.
* Help streamline internal processes and contribute to operational efficiency improvements.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with CRM systems, particularly Zoho, is a plus but not essential.
* Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating marketing content and visual materials.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
* An interest in business development and a willingness to learn about the luxury hospitality and chauffeur services.
* Experience or knowledge in social media management and marketing is advantageous.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
