An established and welcoming primary school in Ely is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional learning needs. Role Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with ALN/SEN needs
* Assist with both classroom learning and emotional regulation
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted support
* Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Build a trusting, consistent relationship to help the pupil thrive
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience supporting children with ALN/SEN (preferred)
* Be patient, nurturing and able to build strong rapport
* Show resilience, empathy and a proactive attitude
* Be reliable and committed to long-term support
* Hold a valid DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
