Job Title: Data and Assessment Administrator
Location:
Secondary School in Sale (Trafford), Greater Manchester
Salary:
£31,067 - £32,654 (FTE), full-time, all year round including INSET days, 36.25 hours per week
Job Duties:
1. Collate, input, and maintain accurate data related to student assessments and progress.
2. Produce detailed reports and analysis based on assessment data for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Assist in the coordination and administration of assessments and examinations.
4. Support staff in using assessment tools and systems effectively.
5. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality protocols.
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in Administration or Data Management.
* Experience in data entry and analysis within an educational setting.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
* Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics; additional qualifications in Administration or Data Management are desirable.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the education sector.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or training in data analysis or assessment administration is advantageous.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time permanent position based in Sale, Greater Manchester. The standard working hours are 36.25 hours per week, with occasional flexibility during peak assessment periods. The salary range is between £31,067 and £32,654 per annum (FTE).

Pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, with potential to become permanent later.
