This is a rare chance to specialise within one of the most niche, technically challenging and commercially impactful areas of corporate law. You will work on a broad range of UK and international matters including: Designing and implementing executive, all-employee and global share plans Advising on corporate transactions and the impact on incentive arrangements Drafting plan rules, agreements and regulatory documentation Providing guidance on tax-advantaged schemes, governance and regulatory compliance Supporting global clients through a variety of corporate lifecycle events You will also have opportunities to contribute to training and thought leadership, including potential involvement in the Certificate in Employee Share Plans.
