Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and develop a team of multi-skilled engineers
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery and site services
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support equipment upgrades
Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and enhance reliability
Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and maintenance schedules
Act as the go-to technical point of contact on shift
