Your new role An exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Administrator – 18-Month Fixed Term Contract to join our team. This is a temporary contract. It is anticipated that the role will be effective from Apr 2026 till Aug 2027. You’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to our Quality Control – Analytical team. Coordinating QC samples shipment to external testing labs. Coordinating receipt of testing results. Compiling QC reports and certificates of analysis. Performing general record-keeping and maintaining document organisation. Proactively dealing with and escalating matters to relevant staff as when required. Demonstrating exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Collaborating with other departments to support business requirements. Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as expected by your line manager. About you Strong administrative and record-keeping skills. IT competent, with experience in Microsoft Office packages. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with RoslinCT staff, suppliers and clients. Organised and forward-planning individual, who can deliver results to deadline. Excellent attention to detail, with the desire to continually develop and improve our processes.
