Youwill
Providerecruitmentsupporttomanagersforexampleassistingwiththedevelopmentofjobdescriptionsandadverts,liaisonwiththerecruitmentadvertisingagencyandrecruitmentcoordinators,beingpartofinterviewpanelswhererequiredandliaisonwithemploymentagencieswherenecessary.
SupporttheHRManagerandHRBusinessPartnerswithsicknessabsenceandemployeerelationscasework,includingobtainingmedicalreportsandundertakinginvestigations,whererequired.
SupporttheHRManager,HRBusinessPartnersandmanagerswithanyrestructuresandotherorganisationalchanges,asrequired.
AssistHRBusinessPartners,inliaisonwiththeHRLearningandDevelopmentCoordinator,toensurethatworkforceplanning,trainingneedsanalysisanddevelopmentplansareactioned.
Supportandinsomecircumstances,lead,HRprojectsandundertakerelatedresearch.Forexample,leadtheHappyHealthyHerestaffhealthandwellbeingarrangementsandJobEvaluationapproach.
WorkwiththeHRBusinessPartnerstodevelopanddelivertrainingandothersupporttomanagers.
Ensurethetimelyandaccurateprovisionofpeopledataandreports,includingannualemployeedatachecks.
OverseerelevantcorporateHRpolicies,proceduresandactivitiestoensurethattheyremainuptodateandinlinewithlegalrequirementsandgoodpractice.Forexample,jobevaluation,employeescreeningprocesses,maternity/sharedparentalleave,intranetupdatesandannualscreeningforHAVs,nightworkandhearingassessments.
