The Role
We are seeking a commercially astute Sales Director to lead integrated growth strategies across sales, account management, and marketing. This is a pivotal leadership role for a strategic operator who thrives in high-accountability environments and knows how to balance tactical execution with long-term strategy.
This individual will be responsible for:
_ Driving net revenue growth and pipeline opportunities _
_ Leading a high-performing commercial team across sales and marketing _
_ Owning brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement _
_ Aligning cross-functional initiatives with corporate objectives _
_ Reporting directly to the Managing Director and contributing to executive strategy _
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
_ Define and communicate a unified commercial vision _
_ Set and deliver annual revenue, pipeline, and brand KPIs _
_ Integrate product, support, and service into go-to-market plans _
Sales Management
_ Oversee new business and account management functions _
_ Implement forecasting, CRM discipline, and performance tracking _
_ Ensure data integrity and pipeline transparency _
Marketing Execution
_ Own the marketing budget and campaign calendar _
_ Lead digital, content, PR, events, and sponsorship initiatives _
_ Refine brand messaging and collateral in collaboration with Product _
Customer Engagement
_ Develop key account strategies and upsell frameworks _
_ Standardise account plans and service protocols _
_ Maintain high satisfaction and retention across top-tier clients _
Cross-Functional Collaboration
_ Partner with Product, Finance, and Operations _
_ Provide market intelligence to inform roadmap and positioning _
Team Development
_ Recruit, coach, and retain top commercial talent _
_ Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and growth _
Financial & Executive Reporting
_ Own OpEx and marketing ROI metrics _
_ Present performance insights to the Executive Team _
_ Contribute to bi-weekly senior leadership forums _
As the Sales Director you'll possess a:
_ Proven leadership in B2B software or SaaS sales and marketing _
_ Track record of leading commercial targets _
_ Passion for developing, coaching and growing ambitious professionals _
