Main tasks: Assist Transaction Leaders in progressing their transactions. Liaise with prospective purchasers and chase interest. Arrange and (attend where necessary) meetings with clients and purchasers. Prepare summary reports to clients advising on marketing progress. Maintain and control information flow between clients and purchasers. Issue agenda/discussion points for client and IP meetings. Analyse offers. Maintain Virtual Data Rooms. Assist Transaction Leaders with portals placements. Assist with M&A Networker wording and placements. Additional tasks: Assist other departments as and when required. Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, including Information Memorandums and Teasers. Assist with research analysis. Manage and resolve complaints as per internal standards. Action marketing checklist for potential clients in portfolio. Arrange and document APC. Populate the Deal Flow Suite as and when required. Prepare and present files for Think Tank sessions. Cover for Transaction Leaders in their absence.
