Our growth journey is already underway: revenue has increased by 450% over the past three years through M&A and organic growth. We aim to double revenue and become a unicorn by the end of 2024.
We are seeking a dynamic Account Director to help us execute this growth strategy, driving demand for Totalmobile’s expanding portfolio of solutions.

Experience Required & Offered
* Proven track record of overachievement in enterprise sales, ideally selling complex SaaS solutions
* Ability to develop business and territory plans to drive ARR growth, managing existing accounts and new logo targets
* Effective collaboration with management and teams across marketing, business development, pre-sales, sales operations, and professional services
* Experience with a world-class sales process, value-based selling, and MEDDIC qualification framework
* Skill in diagnosing customer needs and recommending solutions aligned with Totalmobile’s offerings and differentiators
* Excellent engagement skills, thorough meeting preparation, and producing high-quality customer documentation
* Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to differentiate in sales
* Strong commercial acumen in constructing, negotiating, and closing deals
* Accurate forecasting and closing skills
Desirable Traits
* Proven success in winning new logos and expanding accounts
* Experience managing complex environments with strong forecasting and territory planning skills
* Persuasive communication skills and ability to articulate a compelling vision
* Entrepreneurial spirit and start-up mentality
* Formal sales training (e.g., MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, Sandler, Solution Selling) is a plus
