Our client, a leading manufacturer within the Offshore /Subsea sector are looking to recruit a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join the business on a permanent basis due to continued growth. The business are renowned globally for their innovation and delivery to offshore projects around the world. The successful candidate, will be involved in the development of a range of subsea and mechanical engineering products, taking lead on designs from initial concept through manufacturing to client delivery. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a Mechanical Design role within a Manufacturing Engineering environment ideally with exposure to the offshore/ subsea/Oil and Gas sector. Candidates must be degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with experience using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and Ansys. Skills with MathCAD and excel are also advantageous.
