A growing, multi-disciplinary civil and structural engineering consultancy is seeking a Associate Structural Engineer / Principal Structural Engineer OR an Associate Director to join their London team. The role offers the opportunity to lead technically challenging projects, manage a team of engineers, and contribute to the strategic growth of the consultancy.
The company delivers innovative, sustainable solutions across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments, as well as temporary works and civil infrastructure projects.
Lead and deliver structural engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and compliance with British Standards and Eurocodes.
Oversee a variety of projects including long-span structures, industrial buildings, commercial developments, and refurbishment works up to a value of £200 million.
Started as a structural engineer and progressed to a senior technical or leadership role.
Strong, hands-on experience across a diverse range of structural projects.
Technical knowledge in steel, RC, and composite systems, with experience in temporary works highly desirable.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Competitive salary up to £80k + travel allowance too and from the office, depending on experience.
