What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to boost confidence and catch-up progress
* Helping pupils with SEN access the curriculum
* Keeping learning spaces calm, organised, and full of smiles
You’ll need:
* Some experience working with children in a school or similar setting
* Patience, positivity, and a sense of humour (always helpful!)
* A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
