Pay: £25.00 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Nights

The Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing engineering team, with a focus on milling operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Programming CNC milling machines using CAM software (Fusion 360)
* Developing and optimising machining strategies for efficiency and quality
* Editing and proving out programs on the shop floor
* Working with Siemens controls
* Supporting production teams with technical expertise
* Ensuring components are produced to precise specifications and quality standards
Requirements
* Proven experience in CNC programming (milling)
* Strong knowledge of Fusion 360 (or similar CAM software)
* Experience with Siemens controls preferred
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
