We’re seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join our small, collaborative team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering detailed design, tender, and construction documentation while liaising closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce high-quality CAD drawings, plans, and technical details for all project stages.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities for planning and Building Regulation approvals.
* Lead coordination with external consultants and provide technical and legislative advice to clients.
* Conduct measured surveys and assist in delivering projects on time and within design programmes.
* Oversee site works alongside senior team members, attending meetings and managing documentation.
* Support cost estimation and risk assessment activities.

* Strong technical design and detailing skills.
* Proficient in CAD and familiar with UK Building Regulations.
* Excellent communication and client liaison abilities.
* Able to manage multiple projects and work independently within a supportive team.
Interview Process:
This role involves a two-stage interview process, the first is an internal general interview, followed by a technical interview to assess practical capability.
