Assistant Lettings Manager Location: Berkhamsted Salary: Up to £34,000 OTE per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager (or Senior Lettings Consultant ready for the next step) to join a thriving residential lettings team in Berkhamsted. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, motivated by success, and skilled in delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Grow the property register through new business generation and winning instructions. Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch targets and maximising profitability. Conduct and manage property viewings with prospective tenants. Negotiate and agree new tenancies efficiently and professionally. Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in-person and over the phone. Represent the brand professionally within the local property market. Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues. Achieve personal and team performance targets within a fast-paced sales environment. Required Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Consultant, or similar role within the residential property sector. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales or lettings targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a positive attitude. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
