A leading global financial institution is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Markets Policyernance Analyst to join itsernance andpliance team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple regions including the UK, Europe, MEA, and Asia Pacific, supporting enterprise-wide policy oversight and documentation standards.
Your new role
As the primary contact for Markets Policyernance, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality,pliance, and clarity of policy-related documentation across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
1. Oversight and monitoring of Markets Policy documents, including Operating Manuals
2. Supportingernance forums andmittees with presentation materials and meeting notes
3. Participating in control execution, quality assurance, and documentation activities
4. Tracking and managing follow-up actions to ensure timely execution
5. Partnering with document owners to ensure policies meet enterprise-wide standards
6. Reviewing policy content forpliance and identifying potential risks
7. Maintaining control reports and ensuring secure document retention
8. Assisting with investigations and responses to feedback on policy documents
9. Collaborating with internal policy teams and business functions
10. Supporting the preparation and maintenance ofernance forum materials
11. Applying sound ethical judgment and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proactive and analytical professional with:
12. Experience in policyernance,pliance, or risk management within financial services
13. Strongmunication and stakeholder engagement skills
14. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
