Job Summary This role sits within a well-established and highly active commercial property business with a substantial portfolio across the North West. The position is focused on driving the marketing and leasing performance of retail, leisure and mixed-use assets, working closely with asset management, leasing agents and centre teams to ensure space is effectively presented, promoted and transacted. The Property Marketing Executive will take ownership of marketing available units across multiple schemes, ensuring listings are accurate, commercially positioned and visible to the market. This includes managing and optimising listings across platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla and other relevant commercial portals, ensuring content is current, well-presented and aligned with leasing strategy. Attention to detail is critical, as is an understanding of how to maximise exposure and enquiry levels. The role involves producing high-quality marketing materials for both individual units and wider schemes, including brochures, leasing packs, email campaigns and digital content. The individual will be expected to interpret floor plans, understand tenant mix, and present opportunities in a way that resonates with prospective occupiers and agents. This is not a purely administrative role and requires commercial awareness and the ability to position space competitively within the market. Working alongside asset managers, the successful candidate will contribute to letting strategies by analysing enquiry levels, tracking marketing performance and adjusting approach where required. There will be regular interaction with external agents, ensuring they are equipped with accurate and compelling marketing information, and that market feedback is captured and fed into decision making. The role also supports wider scheme and brand activity, including campaigns to drive footfall and support re-letting strategies. The individual will be expected to manage multiple assets at once, prioritising effectively and maintaining a high standard across all outputs. Responsibilities Take ownership of marketing available units across a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring each opportunity is accurately presented and positioned to drive enquiries and lettings Manage and optimise listings across platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla and similar portals, maintaining high-quality and up-to-date content Produce marketing materials including brochures, leasing packs, email campaigns and digital content to support leasing activity Work closely with asset managers and external agents to align marketing activity with leasing objectives Monitor enquiry levels and marketing performance, adjusting approach where required to improve results Coordinate production of visual content including photography and floor plans to ensure assets are presented to a high standard Support wider scheme and brand marketing initiatives across the portfolio Maintain accurate records of marketing activity, availability schedules and supporting documentation Skills Experience within a property or commercial real estate environment Proven experience using Rightmove, Zoopla and similar listing platforms Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and commercially focused content Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Commercial awareness and understanding of how space should be positioned to attract occupiers Confident working with internal teams and external agents Proficiency in digital marketing tools and online marketing channels Strong attention to detail This is a hands-on role within a fast-moving commercial property environment, suited to someone who understands the link between marketing activity and leasing outcomes and is comfortable taking ownership of their work within a commercially driven business.
