We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic new team members to support our operations team this summer. It is a varied role that will give you a taste of all the aspects that go into making a busy hotel run like clockwork.
Working with both our housekeeping, restaurant and kitchen teams, you will play a valuable role in ensuring they have everything they need to make our guests happy. You’ll be working alongside a team of like-minded and passionate people that really care and when your shift’s over, embrace the elements.

As our General Support you'll be...
In housekeeping
* Supporting our busy housekeeping team by giving them a boost on our busiest of days by: stripping beds, emptying bins and taking away dirty glasses, crockery and cutlery
* Stocking and maintaining all our housekeeping cupboards and pantries
* Supplying the team with products, equipment, and linen they need to service and clean
* Keeping our hotel corridors clean and clear of any laundry and equipment that has been used in the rooms
In our kitchens and behind the scenes
* Making sure that our chemical spray guns blue towel dispensers are filled and replenished
* Ensuring waste bins are emptied regularly
* Washing dishes and cutlery making sure all areas have enough to use (this will include using our dish washers)
* Polishing cutlery ready for our bar and waiting teams to use
* Cleaning and sanitise our kitchens and back of house corridor floors
* Washing and polish glasses
* Making sure our bar team have enough products to use
In our restaurants
* Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly, timely and relaxed yet professional manner
* Working in all areas of the restaurant
* Keeping the area you’re responsible for clean, tidy and organised
* Working together, as part of our committed, efficient and dynamic team
