You will lead a skilled SEND team, supporting students with a wide variety of learning needs and ensuring a consistent approach to inclusive education across departments.

As SENCO You Will:

Oversee SEND provision for students with EHCPs and additional needs

Coordinate annual reviews and statutory assessments

Train and support teaching staff on inclusive strategies and resources

Lead on interventions, diagnostics, and access arrangements

Liaise closely with families and external agencies
Requirements:

NASENCO qualification or commitment to complete it
*
Solid understanding of SEND legislation and best practice
*
Experience working with children with SEMH, ASD, and SpLD
*
