Team Leader for our Mental Health Liaison/The Haven Service which is part of our Urgent Care Service based on the Conquest Site. Are you able to Lead, Inspire, Transform our Service?

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader to take the helm of a high-performing Mental Health Liaison Service/The Haven based in Hastings, driving excellence in patient care and service delivery. Working alongside the Clinical Team and under the leadership of the Service Manager, the Team Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Mental Health Liaison Team & The Haven delivers holistic, patient-centred, and safe care across the Urgent Care Pathway. You will work closely with the Crisis Team at Woodlands and the teams across the general hospital at Conquest Hospital a to provide seamless support to those in crisis.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading with purpose – Manage and inspire a clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Shaping the future – Oversee referrals, service delivery, and performance to ensure high-quality, patient-centred outcomes.

Empowering your team – Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to help staff reach their full potential.

Making key decisions – Handle complex cases, coordinate recruitment, and lead risk management initiatives.

Driving excellence – Ensure financial and clinical effectiveness while upholding the highest standards of care.

Taking charge when it matters most – Respond to serious incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns with confidence.
