Working alongside the Clinical Team and under the leadership of the Service Manager, the Team Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Mental Health Liaison Team & The Haven delivers holistic, patient-centred, and safe care across the Urgent Care Pathway. You will work closely with the Crisis Team at Woodlands and the teams across the general hospital at Conquest Hospital a to provide seamless support to those in crisis.
