Freelance CRM Specialist
* Part Time 6-Month Contract (2 Days Per Week)
* £300 Per Day Outside IR35
We’re looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to manage and execute email marketing campaigns across two luxury lifestyle brands. This role will suit someone who enjoys building meaningful customer journeys and crafting engaging communications that drive loyalty, conversion, and long-term brand value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, build, and optimise CRM campaigns across platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
* Develop and maintain welcome flows, customer journeys, and automated campaigns tailored to each brand’s audience.
* Collaborate closely with founders and marketing teams to shape CRM strategies aligned with business goals.
* Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and ROI.
* Bring commercial acumen, understanding how CRM activity supports revenue and customer lifetime value.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Hands-on experience with email campaign tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and Shopify (for D2C).
* Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
* Confident working autonomously and managing multiple brand accounts.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Experience working with premium or luxury brands is a strong advantage.
