About The Role

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a crucial role in generating and converting new business opportunities, managing sales processes, and supporting our sales team with quote qualification and pipeline management. Your responsibilities will include qualifying quotes, updating Salesforce, and conducting employee webinars to promote our products. You will focus on opportunities involving fewer than lives, ensuring a streamlined and efficient approach to business development. As a member of the New Business team, you will be expected to deliver against an agreed sales target.
Key responsibilities:
1. Quote Qualification: Assess and qualify incoming quote requests to determine their suitability and potential for conversion.
2. Quote Production: Prepare and generate quotes based on client requirements and company offerings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Salesforce Updates: Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate information regarding quotes, leads, and pipeline status.
4. Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline for new business opportunities, ensuring effective tracking and follow-up.
5. Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on new business opportunities to advance prospects through the sales cycle and secure new clients.
6. Opportunity Focus: Target and manage new business opportunities involving fewer than lives, ensuring a tailored approach to meet client needs.
7. Employee Webinars: Conduct and facilitate webinars to educate potential clients and their employees about our products to drive interest, engagement and uptake
About You
To be considered you must have:
8. Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or a similar role, with a focus on quote qualification and concluding sales
9. Previous experience in a target driven environment
10. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline management and updates
11. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced role
13. Self-motivated to achieve the best possible outcome for the business and the customer
14. Friendly and approachable – able to build rapport quickly
15. Able to think quickly to handle objections and highlight benefits
16. Demonstrable passion in healthcare
17. Strong desire to achieve and be successful
18. Team player, willing to go the extra mile to help the team achieve

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
