What we are looking for:
We seek an energetic, driven, and creative sales professional who can think outside the box, build strong relationships, and work with top global brands on multi-channel campaigns and sales strategies across the LATAM region.
The role:
As a Senior Sales Executive for LATAM, you will research the market, target and identify sectors, develop sales opportunities, and execute pitches to the global corporate industry.
Your role includes consulting brands, understanding their growth goals, and advising on the best routes to market. Experience in this industry is beneficial but not essential. You should have a minimum of 2-3+ years in a new business development role with experience in sales and client relationship building.
Responsibilities:
* Identify relevant leads across sectors
* Proactively open and close business opportunities
* Engage and pitch to top-tier clients
* Confidently sell directly to MD/CEO level
* Manage global clients
* Support with translation
* Present solutions in person and virtually
* Create proposals and decks in partnership with our design team
Requirements
* Portuguese / Spanish Speaking
* Hungry for success with a drive to exceed targets
* Willing to work long hours if needed
* Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
* At least 2+ years in business development and sales
* Experience in advertising is a plus
* Excellent communication skills
