We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others:
1. Supporting Financial Advisors in the delivery of administration activities, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner.
2. Organising client review meetings and preparing meeting packs and required valuations.
3. Managing post and other front office activities as required.
4. Collaborating and sharing best practices with colleagues.
5. Identifying and reporting any risks, breaches, or errors, ensuring risks are logged with mitigating actions and controls.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or above, which is equivalent to GCSE in England.
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Proven experience working in the financial or professional services sector.
* A strong ethic of client service.
* Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification (preferred but not essential).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to fully plan workload.
