Job Role: We're hiring a Senior SEO Executive who already understands SEO fundamentals and now wants ownership, responsibility, and progression. This is not a junior or trainee role. This is a delivery-focused SEO position where performance matters. Core Responsibilities You will be responsible for executing and improving SEO performance across client accounts, including: SEO Strategy & Execution Conduct advanced keyword and intent research (transactional, informational, navigational) Optimise on-page content for rankings, UX, and conversion Support GEO & AEO-ready content (structured content, entity alignment, topical authority) Implement internal linking strategies that improve crawlability and authority flow Technical & Performance SEO Identify and resolve SEO issues using tools such as: Google Search Console Google Analytics (GA4) Ahrefs / SEMrush Screaming Frog Work with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are baked into builds Authority & Growth Support and execute ethical link-building and authority strategies Align off-page activity with commercial client goals Monitor algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly Reporting & Insight Track rankings, traffic, and performance trends Translate data into clear insights and actions Produce reports that explain what happened, why, and what's next Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Essential: Minimum 2 years SEO experience (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of: On-page SEO, Search intent, Content optimisation Confident with core SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog) GCSEs Grade C / 4 or above in Maths and English Strong attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication Commercial awareness (you understand why SEO matters) Final Note We're looking for people who get things done not people who wait to be told.
