On behalf of our Financial Services Client we are looking for a PMO KYC Onboarding for an initial 6-month contract based in the bank's London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.
Purpose of the role
To Support the Businesses Faster Onboarding project in the capacity of a PMO Lead.
Key responsibilities
* All PMO Activities assigned
* Streamlining the resourcing governance process
* Liaising with stakeholders to ensure correct documentation is in place as part of the project
* Chairing regular meetings across groups of stakeholders
* Responsible for the engagement with business sponsors and key stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
* Previous PMO Experience in change and project management
* Previous experience working as a PMO Investment bank
* Previous experience working on a KYC/Client Onboarding project
* Team-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Capable of liaising with senior stakeholders using strong relationship management skills
* Willingness to multi-task and work independently in a demanding and delivery orientated environment
This client will only accept workers operating via a PAYE engagement model.
