HR Consultancy Franchise Ownership
Overview
A unique opportunity to build and run a HR consultancy as part of the Our HR People franchise network. Franchise owners receive proven support, coaching, marketing resources and access to a national referral network.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and grow a successful HR consultancy business.
* Develop and maintain a professional client network and secure new business.
* Provide tailored HR advice, consulting and training to employers of all sizes.
* Prioritise clients’ needs and deliver high‑quality, commercially sound solutions.
* Utilise supporting resources, marketing collateral and ongoing director‑level coaching.
* Collaborate with the franchise community and participate in monthly team meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experienced HR professional in a senior role (HR Director, HR Specialist, etc.).
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent professional HR qualification).
* Authorized to live and work in the UK.
* Strong entrepreneurial drive, commitment and passion to run a consulting business.
Support & Resources
* 1‑2‑1 mentoring, coaching and ongoing support package.
* Access to marketing agency content, HR and training course libraries.
* Monthly team meetings and holiday cover.
* Proven business model built across 25+ years of consultancy experience.
Franchise Details
Our expansion plan targets 2–3 new franchises annually with a maximum of 12–15 units. New franchisees receive Business Development Opportunities through our national referral network.
