We are looking for a Transport Manager to join our established management team, working across our Rochford and Colchester Operation Centres.
Our Operation Centres are open Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, with no weekend or bank holiday working.
The Transport Manager is responsible for leading and coaching our Transport teammates, to ensure that Company and customer expectations are met. They are responsible for the compliance and efficient management of the transport function within the Operation Centre. The successful candidate must have a CPC (National or International) as they will be expected to be named on the Operator’s Licence, becoming the principal Operators Licence holder.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. People Leadership – Recruiting, inducting, coaching and developing the transport team to succeed and grow.
