Schools in Birmingham and GSL Education are hiring a motivated Behaviour Mentor to provide consistent behavioural and pastoral support to pupils. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who may face behavioural or emotional challenges that impact their learning. You will help create a calm and structured environment where pupils feel supported, understood, and motivated to make positive choices. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring support. Implement behaviour management strategies and support plans. Support students during lessons and unstructured times. Encourage positive engagement in learning and school life. Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams. Requirements: Previous experience working with young people or in behaviour support roles. Strong behaviour management and communication skills. A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
