We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate General Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a 64 bed residential care home in Portsmouth (PO3 6GN). You will take full accountability for clinical and non-clinical operations, ensuring exceptional care standards and regulatory compliance while promoting a warm, person-centred environment for residents and staff.
