We are seeking an exceptional talent to join our Facilities team, providing efficient, professional, and courteous front-of-house service to all visitors, vendors, employees, and callers. The role involves performing reception duties alongside facilities administration and supporting the wider facilities team.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure the reception desk and switchboard are manned at all times to greet visitors and callers promptly.
* Welcome visitors professionally, assist with sign-in/out procedures, and inform them of evacuation procedures.
* Answer incoming calls and redirect them accurately via the switchboard.
* Oversee access control system and maintain stocks of equipment required for pass production.
* Manage DESANA off-site resource token booking system.
* Maintain stationery stocks and front-of-house consumables.
* Monitor and complete work logs.
* Record and maintain facilities records and spreadsheets.
* Log accident and incident reports.
* Ensure all health and safety boards are up to date.
* Raise purchase orders and review, record, and approve invoices in SAP.
* Check and action SHINE DSE system.
* Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting colleagues as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Previous receptionist/facilities experience is desirable but not essential.
* A helpful, team-oriented attitude and enjoyment of working in a busy environment.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Professional attitude.
This role is based onsite in Basingstoke, working five days per week.
