Overview

Children's Homes Assistant Manager role to work within Lancashire County Council's expanding Children's Residential network across the whole of Lancashire. Location: Lancaster. Salary up to £40,778. Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week.

International Sponsorship: this role is not open to international sponsorship.


Role

Children's Homes Assistant Manager – Lancaster.

The post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and, if successful, you will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.


Responsibilities

To ensure adequate management cover in the home, you will be expected to work within the core hours of 7am – 7pm and undertake alternating shifts of 7am – 3pm and 11am – 7pm.

You will have access to psychological support for you and your team, regular supervision with your Registered Manager, reflective learning circles with Practice Development Managers, and a suite of training opportunities.
