This isn't about hard selling. It's about guiding patients through a premium, patient-first journey - helping them feel confident, supported, and excited about their treatment.
What You'll Do
* Welcome patients and guide them through their smile journey.
* Build trust through empathy, active listening, and consultative conversations.
* Confidently handle objections (price, time, fear, trust).
* Ensure patients are seen by a clinician within 7 days of signing up.
* Work closely with clinical experts to deliver a seamless 5-star service.
Training & Development
We don't just hire - we invest. All new consultants join our Fast-Track 3-Day Onboarding Program:
* Day 1 - Sales Excellence: Luxury consultative selling, objections, efficiency.
* Day 2 - Dental Training with our in-house Dentist's: Core treatments, shadowing, role-play.
* Day 3 - Compliance & Regulations: FCA finance rules, GDC guidelines, ethical selling.
From there, you'll have a dedicated mentor, quarterly reviews, and orthodontist-led training sessions to help you grow fast.
