Working as an integral member of the multidisciplinary leadership team alongside Occupational Therapy, Medical, Nursing and Physiotherapy colleagues, you will lead the psychological arm of the service, delivering specialist individual assessment and intervention, facilitating group programmes, and acting as an expert resource across the wider team.
This role integrates contemporary pain science and trauma‐informed care with real opportunity to influence service development, research, teaching and training, with strong support for appropriate clinical supervision and flexible career pathways for clinicians who wish to balance clinical practice with academic or research interests. Our psychology team is fortunate to work within a well‐established, forward‐thinking and collaborative service that values innovation, evidence‐based practice and partnership working, including close links with Pain Support Jersey, ensuring the role remains diverse, engaging and impactful.
This post would suit an established Consultant who has achieved a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (D.ClinPsych) and is seeking a rewarding career move where their leadership directly influences patient outcomes.
