Our client, a multinational fintech organisation, is seeking a dynamic People & Organisation Design Manager to help shape the future of their global workforce. This is a strategic yet hands-on role that blends organisational design, performance enablement, and leadership development, all with a focus on practical implementation and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
* Lead organisation design initiatives, including structure reviews, span-of-control analysis, and team effectiveness diagnostics.
* Facilitate design workshops and change sessions with senior leaders and HR teams.
* Support performance and succession cycles, tracking high-potential talent and critical roles.
* Collaborate on leadership development, career pathways, and competency frameworks.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen employer brand and candidate experience.
* Contribute to global change programmes, workforce planning, and HR tech innovation.
What you’ll bring:
* 7+ years in HR, OD, or Talent roles, ideally across multiple geographies or matrix environments.
* Degree in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology, or related field. Advanced HR or OD certification (e.g., CIPD Level 5–7) preferred.
* Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to turn data into action.
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* A passion for building purpose-driven organisations and developing leadership at scale.
