* Typically 5-8 years’ experience
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels
* Successful relevant experience in a complex project environment including demonstrable experience in team management, planning, contracting and delivery of projects within the UK Light Rail sector
* Successful record of project budget management and ability to understand and interpret commercial and financial landscapes (budgets, forecasts, actual status)
* Experience in managing ambiguity in a project environment with strong evaluation and decision-making skills
* Demonstrable Project safety management practice and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practice
* High-level of IT literacy, proficient user of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ProjectWise, etc.
* Eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
* Member of APM (MAPM) or equivalent
* Chartered member of a professional institution (or working towards)
* Achieved APM PMQ or equivalent professional qualification
