Fulbridge Social Care are requiring 4 Children’s Residential Waking Night Support Workers to work on a 5 on three off rota. Please note this position involves working with young adults with complex needs.
Shifts patterns are 10pm to 8am
We are looking for individuals that have worked with young adults on some level and have dealt with challenging, unsocial or criminal behaviour but we can provide full-training to individuals that have no experience but are looking for long-term career within the sector.
A driving license is advantages but not essential.
Candidates are required to obtain an enhanced DBS, cost met by employee and complete a detailed training programme prior to start date.
