Role
Financial Services / Lettings Administrator for R&G Financial Advisers in Milngavie town centre – Part-Time, 16 hours per week. Location – Milngavie town centre. Annual salary of £10,474.88 (based on current NMW £12.21).
The Role
* Providing administrative support as instructed by the Director and Office Manager
* Preparing appropriate documentation and paperwork
* Managing diaries and providing general business support
* Maintaining accurate back-office systems to ensure compliance requirements are met
* Tracking progress of business with lenders and providers
* Liaising with clients where required
About You
* A professional and well-presented manner
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Strong time management and prioritisation abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* The ability to multitask and manage a varied workload
* A self-motivated and proactive attitude
Working Hours
9:00am – 1:00pm, Monday to Thursday
The position will be reviewed after three months.
