Barnsbury Housing Association (BHA) is a small, values-driven organisation with big ambitions. We're now looking for a
Head of Governance
to act as Company Secretary, ensure regulatory compliance, manage our governance frameworks and advise our Board and Leadership Team. This newly created role at BHA offers the successful candidate a rare opportunity to shape its scope, while fitting it around other commitments.
What you'll bring
* Proven experience in a governance, company secretarial, or compliance role, ideally within the social housing sector or a closely related setting
* Strong insight into governance frameworks, the sector's regulatory landscape and consumer standards
* An independent perspective with a balanced approach to providing challenge, rigour and support
* The ability to foster trusted, productive relationships at all levels
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
