You will work with a high-quality client base across sports, fashion and consumer brands, advising on complex IP disputes and litigation matters within a dynamic and commercially focused practice.

The Role:
* Advise on a broad range of IP disputes including trade marks, passing off, copyright and design rights
* Manage your own caseload with direct client exposure and responsibility
* Support on complex litigation matters working closely with partners
* Act for high-profile clients across sports, fashion and consumer brands
* Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team
* Provide commercially focused, practical advice aligned to client objectives
* Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives
* Collaborate within a highly engaged, down-to-earth and entrepreneurial team
The Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in intellectual property law
* Strong experience handling IP disputes and litigation matters
* Technical expertise across trade marks, copyright, passing off and design rights
* Commercially minded with a pragmatic and client-focused approach
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
* Enthusiasm for business development and building client relationships
* Collaborative and personable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team
