Rate of Pay
£12.21 per hour + TRONC
· Pay is processed every 4 weeks (on a Friday).

Rota Schedule
Shift patterns are based around venue closing times & demands. Applicants need to be available to work overnight (including weekends).
Ideal Candidate
Candidates applying for a Night Porter role with us are encouraged to demonstrate the following criteria:
· Drive & passion - having a can do, will do & want to attitude is at the heart of our business.
· Our teams are encouraged to challenge the norm & use creativity & initiative.
· Diligence for high standards.
· Organisation - making sure everything is stocked up, clean, tidy and ready for the shift ahead.
· Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential.
· Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
· Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
· A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to teamwork.
· Basic knowledge of hotel operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
As Night Porter, you will be responsible for looking after guests' needs in the evening & overnight;
· Proactively looking for ways to positively impact our guests' stay.
· Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their luggage or belongings.
· Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
· Ensure that the entrance and exterior areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
· Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or functions as required.
· Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
· Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel.
· Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
· Effective day-to-day communication between yourself and the wider team.
Successful candidates must have a passion for working in a team environment, delivering high standards, whilst supporting the management team in delivering great guest experiences.
