We're representing a rapidly growing manufacturing and engineering business based in Windsor, currently seeking a proactive Senior Order Processor to take ownership of core administrative operations and support the wider team in delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a hands-on, commercially aware role with real scope to make an impact and help shape internal processes as the business continues to grow.
Job Title: Senior Order Processor
Location: Windsor (office based)
Estimated Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent, 9am - 16:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all administration functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Place purchase orders and acknowledge sales orders with precision and timeliness
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to monitor order progress and resolve delays
Handle customer queries around pricing, deliveries and order status in a professional manner
Ensure compliance and upkeep of the ISO9001 quality management system
Provide occasional quotations and administrative support for the commercial team
We're looking for someone who:
Has solid experience in order processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Thrives in a growing business where they can take initiative and drive efficiency
Is confident in communicating with suppliers and customers at all levels
Understands the importance of ISO quality standards and compliance processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with IT systems including Microsoft Office, experience with SAGE for be advantageous
Is detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities without missing a beat
Possesses a strong commercial mindset with a willingness to support quoting and order fulfilment tasks
