Public sector organisation in the Staffordshire area currently require a senior compliance surveyor for an initial period of three - six months. Purpose of the role: * Reporting to the Programme & Facilities Manager responsible for ensuring the Council’s statutory compliance across a range of asset based areas. * Ensure that the Council remains legally compliant in areas such as * Asbestos * Legionella * Gas * Electric * CDM * H&S * Fire Risks * Working closely with housing management teams, residents and premises managers to ensure operational service delivery.
