Overview
As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the delivery of white goods to retail stores across the region. This role is driving-focused with no heavy lifting or handball required, making it an ideal position for drivers looking for a more straightforward and manageable workload.
Routes are planned in advance, and vehicles are well maintained, allowing you to focus on delivering safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle in accordance with road safety and company regulations
2. Complete multi-drop deliveries to retail locations
3. Ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule
4. Accurately complete delivery notes and any associated paperwork
5. Carry out daily vehicle checks and promptly report defects or issues
6. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at customer sites
Requirements
7. Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
8. Driver CPC qualification
9. Digital Tachograph card
10. Minimum of 1 year Class 2 driving experience
11. Good communication skills and a reliable, punctual work ethic
12. No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
13. A strong commitment to safety and professionalism
