The Role
* Lead and develop the Housebuilder practice in Yorkshire
* Act as the regional relationship partner for key housebuilder clients
* Grow work from existing national clients and panels
* Drive new client development in the Yorkshire market
* Lead and expand a regional team, with scope to hire as the practice grows
* Collaborate closely with partners across a national sector group
About You
* Established Real Estate / Development Partner, or senior lawyer ready for partnership
* Strong experience acting for housebuilder clients
* Credible profile in the Yorkshire development market
* Commercial, strategic and motivated to build a practice
* A following or portable work advantageous but not essential
