What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead commercial management activities across the project lifecycle. • Manage contracts and procurement processes, especially within NEC frameworks. • Oversee post-contract activities: payment approvals, change management, and cost control. • Engage directly with clients and contractors to ensure transparency and collaboration. • Identify value engineering opportunities and drive commercial performance. • Provide data-led insights to support informed, strategic decision-making. • Prepare estimates from early-stage forecasts to detailed cost plans.
